My first pizza

Homemade pizza on Friday. Made 2 and they turned out pretty good.

Maybe I'll try again this week. One with pesto added was really yummy!

Good for you, Blair! Homemade pizza can be a bit intimidating. We've found that it's not so difficult, it's fun & it's way healthier than ordering in. =)

The best part of this recipe, L, is that you don't have to let the dough rise. You just knead and roll it out. I think that's why it had been so intimidating for me.
