Well, it's been over 4 months since I last posted, and there is a good reason for that! In early July, we became caretakers for two toddler sisters ages 1 1/2 and 2 1/2. So we pretty much went from 6 to 8 kids overnight! It has been all kinds of crazy, especially with 4 kids ages 4 and under, but has been a tremendous blessing for our family to open our hearts and home to two special little girls.
Things are starting to settle, with the fall baseball season coming to a close and the holidays approaching. The babies may be transitioning back to live with family in the coming weeks. So I think it's time to start catching up on the blog with events that have happened since February! Here goes....
