Over the weekend we went to a special place to see the daily dusk departure of around 300,000 Mexican free-tailed bats who live under a bridge in town. It was pretty cool; thanks to brother-in-law who gave us the idea! Couldn't get any good photos because it was dark, but you can get the idea from this video, especially around second 26:
The girls did pretty well after I explained to Ellie that they weren't going to suck her blood!
