Nature Outing

Last week, we finally coordinated with a local homeschooling friend to get together with our kids!  We've talked on the phone, by email, and met a couple times in person briefly, but every time we tried to coordinate a playdate something would come up!  Finally we were able to make it work, and we met at a local park by the bay that has a nice trail to a playground.  The kids had a great time, and the moms did, too!  It was a hot morning, but the kids kept busy with games, drawing in their sketchbooks, and playing on the playground.  Thanks to the S family for a fun outing!
