Monday Motivation

Just got home from a fun long weekend in Houston.  So grateful to see a few good friends and have quick visits with family.  Steven had a business trip, and we got to help host a Lenten Tea Party for the girls' club.  Had a wonderful visit to Little Way Farm, and did a lot of driving in the rain.  After a screaming baby for 2 hours in the car, I need to get some rest tonight!

Monday Motivation Review
10 Goals for Mar 5-11
 Prayer and Community
1. Focus on our Lenten daily offerings and personal prayer time this week.  I know we're not going to succeed at our normal commitments this week, so I'll change it up a bit!
Mon-Study a new saint (research and make trifold about St Katharine Drexel for Friday)
Tues-Daily Mass at noon with BopBop and Daddy
    Weds-No treats
Thurs-Traveling, prepare for Pickwick Tea with love and care
    Fri-Fasting from meat
    Sat-Pray a Rosary
    Sun-Nothing-a day of celebration!
2. Start brainstorming about a St. Patrick's Day celebration.
3. Plan a mom's night for our homeschool group, maybe also with friends back home?  Need to do this week!

Health
4. Attend 2 Zumba classes.  Only made one :(
5. Spend time outdoors each day *being present* with the kids.  Yucky weather so we didn't spend much time outdoors!
6. Plan weekly meals and serve them! I did make great meals before we left, but ate horribly on our trip, everything from fast food to donuts to ice cream.  Ugh.  Lots to make up this week!
Mon-pork loin, Tues-Chicken something from Pinterest/rice, Weds-Shepherd's Pie, Thurs-Sun or Mon-Houston (no cooking!)

Home Management and Homeschool
7.  Laundry and packing.
8.  Complete sewing project gift before trip.
9.  Complete 2 full homeschooling days (during our 3 days home) and CC here on Weds
10. Read books with the boys once a day, continue Civil War and Abraham Lincoln books with MC, listen to Ellie read aloud whenever she asks, usually several times a day!
