~Capturing the context of contentment in everyday life~
{pretty}
My pretty ballerina all dressed up to practice in her costume today!
And a pretty Saturday morning at the beach with the Little Flowers group. It was supposed to be a pool party, but the hosts were having issues with their pool chemicals, so we drove down the street to the beach. It was a nice morning out with the girls (and Thomas) while the boys went fishing! I really enjoyed the time visiting with the other moms after Daddy picked up the baby on his way home from fishing :)
{happy}
Happy boys playing in the driveway one morning this week.
And a very happy little brother playing with a baseball at his big brother's last t-ball game. He's always SO happy to see Daddy at the end of the day!
{funny}
On Wednesday nights we have our Dave Ramsey Financial Peace course at church. It's a bit funny to have a big screen TV in the middle of the sanctuary. But the hardest part is genuflecting. I feel like I'm genuflecting to Dave! Tonight the video had already started and I just couldn't do it...maybe I should come in from the side of the aisle so I can see the tabernacle while genuflecting!
{real}
Steven Joseph had a great t-ball season, but let's be real, their favorite part of the game is when it's over and they get to run off the field to get in line for snow-cones!

I love your funny! It's like a new take on genuflecting at the movies :) And what a great way to make the best of a lack of pool party. There must be nothing like having the beach down the street.
I love your pretty, happy, funny, real posts!
And I love seeing that your baby still wears rompers. I love little toddler boys in their rompers. :)
Love this post! Steven Joseph is so cute in his t-ball uniform and Ellie looks so graceful in her romantic tu tu!! Our kids are also preparing for recital! We're so excited. :)
