Pilates 3

should really be done after mastering Pilates 1 and Pilates 2 and should also be done after trying a form of exercise other than chasing toddlers over the past 5 years.

No really. It was good. It was fun. And I'm going to be sore tomorrow.

Pilates will kick your booty but they are really good for getting into shape!

I once told my priest that one of the other members of our church was the devil. He asked why I said that, and I said it was because I had gone to her yoga/tai chi class at the gym. LOL
